Flagship course
Signal Ops Fundamentals
Six weeks of Real-Time App Monitoring Analytics practice for squads who share one production surface and too many charts.
What you will be able to do
- Explain latency, error, traffic, and saturation shifts without vendor-specific slang.
- Write alert rules that respect business hours in Thailand and overnight coverage elsewhere.
- Lead a 15-minute incident readout that product and support can follow.
- Spot when a dashboard is decorative rather than operational.
Informational price: ฿24,900 per seat · team packs available via contact. No online checkout on this site.
Modules
- Baseline honesty — Capture what “normal” looks like for your app before inventing thresholds.
- Four golden signals in the wild — Map vendor widgets back to latency, errors, traffic, saturation.
- Noise budgets — Cut pages that never change decisions; keep the ones that do.
- Release choreography — Canary reads, hold/go language, and rollback cues.
- Stakeholder translation — Status notes that avoid panic and still tell the truth.
- Capstone replay — Faciliated incident from anonymized traffic shaped like SE Asia evening peaks.

Learner notes
“Week two’s baseline exercise exposed that our ‘healthy’ p95 was already user-visible on older Android devices. Awkward, but useful.”Ploy · Mobile engineer, Bangkok
“Loved the release module. Wish the homework had more examples from non-HTTP workloads — we run a lot of queues.”Devon R. · Backend lead
FAQ
Do we need a specific monitoring vendor?
No. Labs use screenshots and exported series from several stacks. You bring your own tools for homework where possible.
Is this only for engineers?
Engineers, PMs, and support leads share cohorts. We pair seats so product voices are in the room when thresholds get set.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach you to build a monitoring platform from scratch, and we will not tune your production alerts for you. Graduates leave with judgment and playbooks — not a managed service.
How are sessions scheduled for Thailand?
Live labs run evenings ICT with recordings for distributed teammates. Capstone replays are live-only.
